Fullhouse Moving to Walker's Point September 29, 2008
Fullhouse will be leaving its crowded Third Ward office space for 23,500 square feet across the river in Walker’s Point (commonly referred to as the Fifth Ward). Formerly the home of Transpak Corp., the facility is being redeveloped by the Lighthouse Development Company into a mixed-use facility known as South Water Works.
Fullhouse will occupy the top two floors of the building at 201 E. Pittsburgh Avenue. With 88 employees, Fullhouse has re-designed its current 19,000 square feet of work space at 207 N. Milwaukee Street to accommodate its growing numbers until the move, scheduled for July 2009.
"We’ve outgrown our current location, but we wanted to stay in the general area," says Glenn Kleiman, Chairman of Fullhouse. "The new office is just over a quarter mile from our existing location, which keeps us within walking distance of a variety of great restaurants, stores, coffee shops and art galleries."
