Giving Back

Maybe it’s our Midwestern ethic talking, but we believe that we’re all connected. As people, we all live in the communities we work in, so as a company it’s our privilege to make the community stronger. It’s not a ploy or a gimmick. It’s part of who we are and how we do business.

Over the years, we’ve supported a range of causes and organizations. This year we're focusing our efforts on supporting the Diabetes Research Institute (DRI), an organization dear to our founder Glenn Kleiman and his family and many of our employees. The DRI is a recognized world leader in cure-focused research. To further their life-changing efforts, Fullhouse provides strategic, creative and technical experts to assist the DRI with its marketing and fundraising efforts.

On Sunday, November 9th, Fullhouse clients, friends, and employees went Bowling for Dollars to Strike Down Diabetes. The event brought in over $35,000 for the DRI.

We’re pleased to be aligned with each of our event sponsors, who share our support of the Diabetes Research Institute. Strike Sponsors: Landaas & Company and M&M Office Interiors. Spare Sponsors: Associated Bank; CB Richard Ellis; CTS; Deltek; Group II; Johnson Controls; Lighthouse Development Company; Schribner Cohen and Company. Lane Sponsors: Aria Talent/Ford Models; Beck, Chaet, Bamberger & Polsky; Casting Solutions; Color Ink; DL Blair; Fullhouse Biggest Loser; Kevin Armstrong; Milwaukee Insurance Group; OneCommunications; Robertson Ryan Insurance; Vaughn Industrial Sales; Yahara Software. A big thanks to over 150 donors too for donating services or raffle and silent auction items.

In addition to the bowling event, Fullhouse and our employees are involved in other activities to raise even more awareness and money to support the DRI.

Coffee Sales: Available in Regular or Decaf, Whole Bean or Ground, Fullhouse Blend coffee is only $12 for a one-pound bag with almost half of that going directly to the DRI. To purchase a bag, contact Renee Brooks at Fullhouse at rbrooks@fullhouseinteractive.com or call 414-271-4001.

Mr. T Tattoo Challenge: Chris Mischler, a Fullhouse employee, is helping to raise funds for diabetes research by slowly turning himself into a Mr. T look-alike. Visit www.MrTdiabetesChallenge.com to check out his transformation and to make a pledge.

Donations: Fullhouse continues to collect donations for the DRI. If interested in making a donation, make a check payable to: Diabetes Research Institute Foundation and mail to: c/o Fullhouse, 207 North Milwaukee Street, Milwaukee, WI 53202.

Fullhouse has also spent significant time supporting our local Ronald McDonald House, which provides a home-away-from-home for families of seriously ill children being treated at area hospitals. We've helped raise more than $10,000 through a silent auction to benefit the Ronald McDonald House. Fullhouse employees also volunteer at the Ronald McDonald House, cooking and serving meals for the families staying at the house.

From toy drives and art supply collections to preparing food to Christmas parties for needy kids, we make it fun for our employees and clients to give back to the community.
